Customer Relationship Management (CRM)


CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. CRM is a process in which a business or other organization administers its interactions with customers, typically using data analysis to study large amounts of information. CRM system helps organisations build customer relationships and streamline processes so they can increase sales, improve customer service, and increase profitability.

In short, CRM system improves customer relationship management by creating a 360° view of the customer, capturing their interactions with the business.
